We travel out from Lebanon to a handful of surrounding communities, and we see the same handful of problems again and again because the housing stock across this area is clustered in one stretch of decades - mostly 1960s and 70s construction, with the range running from 1959 up to 1994. That means original one-piece and early sectional doors, torsion springs nobody's touched since they were installed, and chain-drive openers that are on their second or third drive gear. Here's where we go, no particular order, listed by distance from the shop.
We don't have a storefront in any of these towns - we run a truck out to you from Lebanon. Across the full service area there are roughly 4,675 households, and 3,524 of those are owner-occupied houses, which is most of what we're working on: homeowners dealing with a door that's been fine for twenty years until it isn't. If you're in one of these towns and the door's making a new noise or hanging crooked on one side, that's usually hardware fatigue catching up with the house's age, not something new you did wrong.
